Communication is done primarily via email. When I send updates for approval, it really helps to have you reply within 48 hours during business days!

Full payment is given upfront! Large commissions (such as multiple comic pages or other big projects) over $300 can be paid half upfront, half after approved sketch.

No refunds once invoice is paid.

Unless a delay or cancellation is issued, ​I do not offer updates after the flats are done. You can keep track of the progress of your commission via my queue.

Rest assured I will update you if I expect delays or need to cancel. If I expect a delay, I'll update you then.

If I cancel your commission, within 5 business days of cancellation a refund will be initiated either in full or half price depending on if I completed your rough sketch.

You may post your commission! Crediting me is up to you, but I'll leave my signature on every drawing (please don't remove it). I post a small minority of commissions on social media, but I'll put a good chunk of them on my website in the gallery section. I have a question on my form that asks for your consent--but it's totally optional! :)
